*SHIPPING* 

All orders ship from British Columbia, Canada. If you are a U.S or International customer, please keep in mind that shipping times always vary when travelling through customs ports, and wait times can be 2-4 weeks (rarely longer).

All items are shipped via Canada Post standard shipping and we are NOT provided tracking information for your order. Should you require tracking, or parcel insurance, please message me through the CONTACT form at the top of the page for special arrangements. 

Cricket + Bean is NOT responsible for lost/stolen/damaged parcels or items held in customs outside of Canada. A refund will NOT be granted for items that do not have additional coverage. 

All parcels are shipped to the address showing on your PayPal receipt, so prior to making payment, please ensure this is accurate.

Each item is carefully hand made. Please ask questions prior to placing your order, so there are no surprises. Due to the unique nature of our products, refunds and/or exchanges are NOT available. If your purchase is damaged or incorrect because of our error, please contact us immediately. We take pride in our craftsmanship, and will do our best to help with your situation.

I am happy to discuss orders of a custom nature & although don't always have time to attend to a custom order immediately, or a fabric or other medium you desire, I will try my best to accommodate your vision & timeline.
